What are the disassembly methods for CNC machining bearings

Time:1970-01-01 08:00:00  Views:

CNC machining is an automatic machine tool that can process efficiently and has many functions. Bearing is a part of CNC machining. Its main function is to support the rotation of machinery, reduce the friction coefficient in its movement and ensure its reversal accuracy. In this chapter, we mainly describe the disassembly methods of bearings.

1. Percussion method

When knocking, the force will converge on the inner ring of CNC machined bearing. This method is relatively simple, but it is easy to endanger the bearing. When disassembling, pad the bearing with an object under the ground, and then knock it gently with a hammer to remove the bearing.

2. Pull out method

Using the special puller, the CNC machined bearing can be pulled out only by rotating the handle. In the meantime, it should be noted that the puller should be clamped on the end face of the inner ring of the bearing, and the bending angle of the puller should be less than 90 °.

3. Push method

This method can be completed by the press, and it is relatively safe for CNC to process Bearings, but it should be noted that the force point of the press should be placed on the center of the shaft.

4. Thermal disassembly method

Pour the 100 ° bearing with an oil pot onto the CNC machined bearing. According to the principle of heat expansion and cold contraction, the bearing will swell after heating. At this time, it can be pulled out with the cooperation of puller. The use of this method should be small to avoid being burned.

5. Induction heating method

This method is better. The induced current occurs in the bearing ring processed by CNC, and then the bearing will heat and swell, which makes it easier for us to disassemble the spindle.
